Award shows are back in all of their glory this year and so is the opulent celebrity swag that accompanies such lavish occasions. The LA marketing firm, Distinctive Assets, is celebrating its 20th year of putting together the legendary “Everyone Wins” Nominee Gift Bag, to be delivered to the top Oscar nominees in the acting and directing categories.
This collection of highly select goods and services has been somewhat subdued for the past two years, but the current assortment of gifts clearly reflects what Distinctive Assets founder, Lash Fary, calls “… a return to normalcy in a post-pandemic world.”
Nominees, including Will Smith, Jessica Chastain, Kirsten Dunst, Nicole Kidman, and Denzel Washington, will be indulged with vacations to a European castle and plots of land in Scotland, complete with titles of the peerage. Distinctive Assets is not releasing the ”impressive value” of this year’s gift bag since, according to Fary, “…that is neither our focus nor goal. A great gift has nothing to do with a price tag.”
